MasterApp Suite AI Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for MasterApp Suite AI, LLC ("MasterApp," "we," "us," or "our") subscriptions. It applies to subscriptions purchased for the MasterApp Suite AI software-as-a-service platform through masterappai.com, app.axcobar.com, or an approved MasterApp checkout flow. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and any written order form or agreement that applies to your account. If a separately signed agreement expressly provides different refund terms, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

MasterApp Suite AI, LLC is a Maryland company (Maryland Department ID W27131523), based in Rockville, Maryland 20855, USA. Our plans are recurring monthly subscriptions, currently identified as Starter, Pro, and Business. This policy applies regardless of the plan selected unless a written promotional offer or order form states otherwise.

1. Our General Policy

MasterApp provides a digital, subscription-based business service that becomes available as soon as an account is activated. Except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy or where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a paid monthly billing period when you cancel, downgrade, stop using the Service, close your business, or remove users.

This approach allows you to cancel at any time while retaining access through the end of the period you have already paid for. It also avoids charging early-termination fees or requiring long-term commitments for our standard monthly plans. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Fourteen-Day Free Trial

Eligible new customers may start with a 14-day free trial. There is no subscription charge during the trial unless you separately purchase or authorize a paid add-on, usage-based service, or other charge that is clearly presented to you at the time of purchase.

You may cancel during the trial at any time. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the subscription plan and your account will be deactivated at the end of the trial. You may continue to use the trial features made available to you until that time, subject to our Terms of Service. We may limit trial access, features, or eligibility by person, business, email domain, payment method, or promotional offer.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the trial automatically converts to the paid subscription plan selected during enrollment. Your payment method will then be charged for the first monthly billing period, followed by recurring monthly charges unless you later cancel. It is your responsibility to review the selected plan and cancellation timing. We may send a reminder where required by law, but the absence of a reminder does not prevent conversion when you agreed to automatic renewal at enrollment.

3. Canceling a Paid Monthly Subscription

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. The preferred method is through the billing or subscription controls in your account, if available. You may also send a request from an authorized account email address to support@masterappai.com. To help us process your request, include the account holder's name, business name, account email, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.

To prevent the next recurring charge, submit your cancellation before your next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been processed and it does not end your paid access immediately. Your access will continue through the end of the current paid monthly period, then the account will be deactivated or restricted in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Deleting the app, ceasing to use the Service, asking a bank to block a payment, removing users, or changing a credit card does not by itself cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation takes effect. If you think you cancelled but receive a renewal charge, contact support promptly so we can review the account activity.

4. No Prorated Refunds for the Current Month

Standard monthly subscription charges are not prorated. For example, if your monthly renewal occurs on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 10th, you will retain access through the end of that paid monthly period, but we will not refund the unused portion after the 10th. The same rule applies if you downgrade, choose not to use certain features, experience a change in staffing or business needs, or stop using an integration.

We recommend reviewing your renewal date before making account changes and canceling before your next renewal if you no longer need the Service. A cancellation does not reduce or refund amounts owed for the current period or any separately authorized charges that accrued before cancellation. This policy does not prohibit us from offering a discretionary credit or refund in a particular case; any such accommodation does not establish an ongoing obligation or precedent.

5. Exceptional Refund Reviews

Although standard subscription fees are non-refundable, we will review a request for a partial refund or account credit in the following exceptional circumstances:

Prolonged Core-Service Outage

If a qualifying outage makes the core Service materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we may consider a partial refund or account credit that reasonably reflects the affected paid period. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, internet failures, failures of customer systems, third-party integrations, mobile carriers, customer misuse, force majeure events, and features outside the affected core Service do not normally qualify. We will evaluate outage information using our records and reasonable evidence you provide. Our service availability target does not create an automatic refund or service-credit entitlement.

Duplicate Billing Error

If you are charged twice in error for the same subscription period or the same clearly identical charge, we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate amount or correct it by another appropriate method. Charges for different subscriptions, add-ons, plans, accounts, usage, taxes, or separate authorized purchases are not duplicates merely because they occur close together.

Unauthorized Charge

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly at support@masterappai.com. We will review the relevant account, payment, device, and authorization records and work with our payment processor where appropriate. We may request information necessary to investigate, such as the date, amount, account email, business name, and last four digits of the payment method. We will refund a confirmed unauthorized charge unless we reasonably determine that it was authorized, resulted from access to your account or payment method for which you are responsible, or is otherwise not refundable under applicable law.

A refund may also be required by applicable law in a circumstance not listed above. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit that right.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, email support@masterappai.com within 30 days of the charge or event that you believe supports a refund. Requests received later may be more difficult to investigate and may be denied to the extent permitted by law. Include:

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email. If you need to report a security concern, say so in your email and we will provide an appropriate process for follow-up.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund and does not pause your payment obligations or cancel your subscription. If you want to prevent future renewals, cancel the subscription separately under Section 3. We may ask reasonable follow-up questions or request verification that the requester is an authorized account holder before discussing billing information or issuing a refund.

7. Review Time and Refund Method

We aim to acknowledge and respond to refund requests within 5 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to evaluate the request. Some investigations, particularly those involving a payment processor, bank, suspected fraud, duplicate account records, or a third-party service, may take longer. We will communicate material updates when practical.

If we approve a refund, it will generally be returned to the same original payment method used for the charge. We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, cash account, or person for security and fraud-prevention reasons. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. We are not responsible for exchange-rate changes, bank fees, card issuer fees, or delays caused by the payment provider.

If a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method because it is closed, expired, unavailable, or rejected, contact us. We will determine, in our reasonable discretion and as permitted by law, whether an account credit or another lawful method is appropriate. We may deduct or withhold amounts where required by law or where a refund is connected to fraud, abuse, or a valid chargeback reversal.

8. Add-Ons, Third-Party Services, and Taxes

Some capabilities may involve third-party providers, including SMS through Twilio, email through SendGrid, payments through Stripe, scheduling through Calendly, quotes or job functions through Jobber, financing workflows through Wisetack, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Third-party charges, carrier fees, financing decisions, communication delivery costs, usage-based fees, and taxes may be subject to separate terms and may not be refundable by MasterApp. We will consider requests involving an erroneous MasterApp charge, but cannot promise a refund for a third-party service that has already been delivered or processed.

If a tax was correctly collected and remitted, a refund of the subscription fee may not result in a refund of tax unless required by law and administratively possible. We may require information necessary to correct tax records or issue a compliant refund.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Plan Changes

Promotional pricing, free periods, discounts, credits, and trial offers apply only as stated in the applicable offer. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, they do not have cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are not refundable. We may revoke a promotion where there is fraud, misuse, a billing error, or a violation of the offer terms.

If you upgrade or downgrade plans, the billing treatment shown at checkout or in your account controls. An upgrade may take effect immediately and may result in a charge or prorated adjustment if clearly disclosed at the time. A downgrade may take effect at the next renewal or as displayed in the account. This Refund Policy does not guarantee any particular billing-treatment option for plan changes.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@masterappai.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Early communication often allows us to resolve duplicate charges, cancellation timing, unauthorized-payment concerns, or account issues more quickly and accurately.

You retain any right to dispute a charge with your payment provider that you may have under applicable law. However, a chargeback does not automatically cancel your subscription, erase amounts legitimately owed, or require us to issue a duplicate refund. We may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including your acceptance of our Terms, subscription and renewal history, account activity, cancellation requests, and communications, consistent with applicable law. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor or reversed, we may seek payment of the outstanding amount and may suspend or terminate affected accounts.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, billing practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted with an effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method before the change applies to a future renewal, unless an immediate change is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
