Data Deletion Instructions

MasterApp Suite AI, LLC ("MasterApp") lets you remove the information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to delete data connected to your MasterApp account, including data we received when you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Threads profile through Facebook Login.

Option 1: Remove MasterApp from your Facebook account

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find MasterApp Suite AI and select Remove.

This immediately stops MasterApp from accessing your accounts. To also delete the data we already stored, complete Option 2 or Option 3.

Option 2: Disconnect inside MasterApp

An administrator of your organization can open MasterApp, go to MasterSocial → Connections, and disconnect the account. Disconnecting revokes and deletes the stored access token for that account.

Option 3: Email a deletion request

Send an email to info@masterappai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the name of your business and the Facebook Page, Instagram, or Threads account involved. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from an email address or account linked to your organization.

What we delete

We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed in the normal backup cycle within 90 days. We may keep limited records when the law requires it, for example billing records. Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, or Threads stay on those networks until you delete them there.

Business account data

If you are a customer or employee of a business that uses MasterApp, that business controls its own records. Please contact that business first. To close a MasterApp business account and delete its data, an account owner can email info@masterappai.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in more detail.
